Our team’s diverse background ranges from operator experience to audit expertise and provides our clients with a new perspectives on managing pipeline compliance challenges.

  • Lauren Tipton specializes in DOT pipeline and facility integrity management regulatory compliance with experience in supporting hazardous liquid and natural gas operators in asset integrity management through the application of holistic compliance strategies, engineering analyses, and process development. Lauren’s areas of focus include third party audits, DOT Facility Integrity Management, and written program implementation strategy. Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, and going to the lake with friends and family as often as possible.

  • Nicole Tebow’s DOT pipeline experience began in 2005 with integrity management consulting support. She moved into an operator role and established a comprehensive DOT pipeline program from the ground up, including construction, operation and maintenance, emergency response, public awareness and damage prevention, integrity management, control room management, operator qualification, and substance abuse programs for hazardous liquid and gas pipelines. Eventually, Nicole moved back into the consulting arena in an effort to support a variety of companies in establishing and improving their DOT pipeline programs. Nicole’s expertise includes jurisdictional determinations, written program support, third party and regulatory audit support, and implementation guidance.

    In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending her time gardening, playing billiards, fly fishing, and spending time in the mountains.

  • Allison Albright has been working in DOT pipeline safety compliance since 2019. She has experience creating custom integrity management, operations and maintenance, and public awareness and damage prevention programs for liquid and natural gas operators. Allison has also worked extensively with clients on the creation and implementation of procedures to address newly regulatory requirements, audit preparation, training, and written program support.

    When she’s not assisting clients with the ins and outs of regulatory requirements and program updates, Allison enjoys hiking, baking, and horror movies.

  • Dane has 12 years of diverse experience in project management, nuclear decommissioning, environmental compliance, petroleum exploration and midstream operations. He has a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing regulatory requirements in practically achievable means. His comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulations and technical skills make him a valuable asset for any project.

    In his spare time, Dane enjoys fly fishing, motorsports photography, skiing and trying all of the latest restaurants.

  • Logan Knowles has been consulting on DOT regulatory compliance for hazardous liquid and natural gas operators since 2018. Logan’s specializes in third party audit support, written program support, control room management regulatory guidance, and construction job book support. When not focused on DOT regulatory support, Logan enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and live music.
