Elemental consultants have over 20 years’ experience in pipeline safety consulting for oil and gas operators of all sizes and are located in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado. In addition to working with the industry, our experts maintain proficiency with Department of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulatory requirements and associated State regulations, protocols, expectations, and audit practices.

Meet The Team
Lauren Tipton specializes in DOT pipeline and facility integrity management regulatory compliance with experience
in supporting hazardous liquid and natural gas operators in asset integrity management through the application of
custom compliance strategies, engineering analyses, and process development. Lauren’s areas of focus include
third-party audits, DOT Facility Integrity Management, and written program implementation strategy.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, and going to the lake with friends and family as often as possible.
Nicole Tebow has nearly 15 years of DOT pipeline experience. She began her career in integrity management consulting and quickly moved into an operator role establishing a comprehensive DOT pipeline program from the ground up - gaining expertise across many areas of pipeline compliance. Eventually, Nicole moved back into the consulting arena in an effort to support
a variety of companies in establishing and improving their DOT pipeline programs.
In her spare time Nicole enjoys gardening, playing billiards, fly fishing, and spending time in the mountains.
