Our team aids operators of all sizes with developing, reviewing, and revising written pipeline safety programs, preparing for and administering third party and regulatory audits, and determining the jurisdiction of identified assets, among other areas of expertise.
Elemental consultants have over 60 years’ experience in pipeline safety consulting for oil and gas operators of all sizes and are located in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado. Lauren Tipton
Lauren Tipton specializes in DOT pipeline and facility integrity management regulatory compliance with experience in supporting hazardous liquid and natural gas operators in asset integrity management through the application of custom compliance strategies, engineering analyses, and process development. Lauren’s areas of focus include third-party audits, DOT Facility Integrity Management, and written program implementation strategy.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, and going to the lake with friends and family as often as possible.


Allison Albright
Allison Albright is a DOT Compliance Specialist with experience in performing gap analyses, third-party audits, and program revision for natural gas, hazardous liquid, and underground storage operators. Allison has a background in records and archives, technical writing, and the law. She specializes in analysis, program development, and problem-solving.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking.


Logan Knowles
Logan Knowles is a DOT Compliance Technician with over 3 years’ experience in project management, risk assessment, control room management, and pipeline regulatory compliance. Logan has worked on developing and implementing O&M, OQ, PA, D&A, CRM, and Damage Prevention Programs.
In his spare time, Logan enjoys live music, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.


Nicole Tebow
Nicole Tebow has nearly 15 years of DOT pipeline experience. She began her career in integrity management consulting and quickly moved into an operator role establishing a comprehensive DOT pipeline program from the ground up – gaining expertise across many areas of pipeline compliance. Eventually, Nicole moved back into consulting in an effort to support a variety of companies in establishing and improving their DOT pipeline programs.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys gardening, playing billiards, fly fishing, and spending time in the mountains.



Mark Cambio
Mark Cambio has 30 years of experience as a Sr. DOT Compliance Engineer. Mark’s experience includes regulatory compliance, integrity management, operations, project engineering, and program and process development. Mark has worked extensively in building and implementing IMP, CRM, O&M and OQ programs – and his experience includes managing pipelines, terminals, and upstream assets for crude, products, and chemicals.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys running, swimming, scuba diving, and spending time at the lake.


Dane Kaylor
Dane Kaylor is a DOT Compliance Technician with 10 years of experience in project management, environmental compliance, and decommissioning support for nuclear regulatory licensed facilities. Dane’s professional background includes petroleum exploration and production, development of quality critical plans and procedures,  pipeline right-of-way projects and nuclear health physics.
In his spare time, Dane enjoys skiing, fishing, and trying all the latest restaurants around town.
